AOA XRKade® Birthday Bash

All AOA are invited every month to help celebrate the birthdays of their Y member friends. On your birthday month, you get to put your name in a drawing for a $25 gift card that is graciously donated by American Senior Communities. Self Defense Club

Kempo, fist law, is the most ancient martial art. Originally developed by the Shaolin monks under the Chinese name Chuan Fa, Kempo reached its highest level of refinement and combat effectiveness under the Bushi of Okinawa. This traditional art is taught here at the Y as Kiyojute Ryu Kempo. Kempo will give you strength, flexibility and most importantly, the ability to effectively defend yourself.
