Boot Camp
YMCA of Southern Indiana
Get ready for a high intensity experience. Boot camp mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. This workout includes various forms of skipping, jumping rope, and interval training that involves burst of high intensity work. Our commitment is to encourage, motivate, coach, and train participants to the highest possible level while delivering a positive experience. This boot camp is the workout everyone has been searching for, so prepare for a great workout!
Capacity is limited to 20 participants; minimum of 10 participants.
