The YMCA of Southern Indiana offers programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body. Keeping with our mission, the Y believes in the importance of healthy aging. This is why we offer fitness classes specifically designed for older adults as well as social activities. Please refer to the Group Exercise and Aquatics schedules for times and descriptions of fitness classes.

Habana Blues Tapas & Booth Brothers
Join us for dinner at Habana Blues Tapas and a show performed by Booth Brothers in New Albany, IN. With their harmony–drenched vocals and warm, easy voices, the Booth Brothers have been sharing their faith and their music fulltime since 1998. These men get their musical influences from a wide range of performers-from the Eagles to the Gatlin Brothers to legendary gospel greats such as Bill Gaither and Mosie Lister. But their inspiration comes straight from God.

AOA Trip to Millionaires Row
Treat yourself like a Millionaire! Experience the exciting and colorful spectacle of thoroughbred racing as the nation’s finest horses compete at Churchill Downs.
Along with watching the spectacular action on the track, we will have a delicious lunch on Millionaires Row. Millionaires Row is a huge dining room with a connecting balcony overlooking the legendary finish line. There are mutuel tellers, self-wagering, machines, and numerous TVs. So saddle up and hold on tight because this season has a pace that promises to never let up.
