Taekwondo
Taekwondo is a Korean Martial Art that uses foot and hand techniques for effective self defense. Participate as a family or individually and benefit from a class that is both an excellent component of overall fitness as well as self-development.
Practice kicking techniques, blocks and strikes, balance, power and
energy generation as a means of self-defense. We recognize the
importance and uniqueness of each individual and encourage your
progress. Our classes offer instruction in a welcoming and supportive,
yet disciplined and challenging atmosphere.
Must be 8 years old and a member to participate.

Begin Stretching at 6:00 p.m.
Light Blue-Black Belt: 7:30 p.m.- 8:30 p.m. Begin Stretching at 7:15 p.m.
Clark
