What began as an ancient Chinese martial art is now practiced throughout the world for its profound benefits to health and wellness. T’ai Chi is recognized by its slow, graceful, meditative movements. This session teaches the basic conditioning exercises and a short practice routine which lays the foundation for further study. The resultant benefit is a stronger, more flexible body, free of tension, increasing the body’s ability to heal itself. T’ai Chi can be practiced anywhere and all that is required is loose, comfortable attire. This course is suitable for a variety of ages, teenagers through senior citizens. Must be 16 or older to participate.

Instruction by Jeff Raymer who has been a student in the art of T’ai Chi for 15 years and has been teaching it for 11 years.
