WELLNESS CENTER
The Wellness Center, which is free to members, provides a variety of cardiovascular equipment for conditioning, weight loss, and muscular training for strength, endurance and flexibility. The Center features Cybex equipment, Free Motion equipment, free weights, treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and stair climbers. Members must be at least 14 years of age or older to be in the Wellness Center or must be in the Youth Personal Fitness Program during designated hours.


ADULT FITNESS PROGRAM
If you are in need of extra motivation, discipline, or fitness education, the YMCA Fitness Programs are for you. The Fitness Programs are designed to help "ready to be fit" individuals move toward the behavior and mindset of a regular exerciser. These programs will give you the one-on-one approach needed to enhance self-confidence and identify the barriers to change as well as the strategies to overcome them. Programs are by appointment only. Appointments can be made at the courtesy counter. FREE with your membership.


YOUTH PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM (AGES 7-13) FLOYD
A fitness program designed to help kids begin a safe, structured workout consisting of cardiovascular and strength training. Participants must set up an initial appointment at the courtesy counter to meet with the youth fitness coach and will then be able to work out during designated hours. FREE with your membership.

Designated hours:

  1. Mon - Fri: 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (During school breaks Mon-Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 12 p.m.)
  2. Sat. 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
  3. Sun. 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.
