Spring Fit Camp 101
Spring Fit Camp 101 is designed for the "beginner" to "average" fitness level exerciser who wants to be in a group setting where you're comfortable, you feel you belong, and are among friends. This is a great opportunity to help you lose weight, get in shape, and feel healthy.
Where: Clark County Branch
(outside near the playground)
When: Saturdays,
8:00 a.m.- 9:00 a.m.
Session Dates: May 8th-June 12th
Sign up at the front desk. Class size is limited to the first 20 members.

Wellness Center
The Wellness Center, which is free to members, provides a variety of cardiovascular equipment for conditioning, weight loss, and muscular training for strength, endurance and flexibility. The Center features Cybex equipment, Free Motion equipment, free weights, treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers and stair climbers. Members must be at least 14 years of age or older to be in thew Wellness Center or must be in the Youth Personal Fitness Program during designated hours.
Wellness Center Orientations
For members, the YMCA offers free individualized orientation sessions on the safe and proper use of all weight training and cardiovascular equipment in the Wellness Center. Orientations are by appointment only and may be scheduled at the courtesy counter or by phone. |
"Quick Fix" Circuit
If you only have time for a quick workout, try the "Quick Fix" circuit. This 20-station circuit allows you to get cardio and strength training as you work your way around the 30-second stations. Three times through and you've completed a 30-minute, full body workout. |
