Hula Hoop Class

A revolutionary fitness activity that combines the centripetal force of the hula hoop with high energy dance moves. Hoopdance is gaining wide popularity as a fun way to get in shape. It can also provide participants with the following benefits:

  2. Provides cardiovascular workout
  3. Tones entire body
  4. Trims waistline
  5. Fun way to burn calories
  6. Increases energy
  7. Reduces stress
  8. Improves coordination
  9. Increases endurance

Fees
Member: $35
Non-Member: $55

Sessions:
Six Saturday classes: Aug. 29, Sept. 5, 12, 19 and 26, and Oct. 3

Times:
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Ages 14 and up. Class has a maximum of 12 paticipants and a minimum of 8 participants. Hoops are provided, but you may purchase one from the instructor in order to practice at home.
