T'ai Chi
Beginning T'ai Chi
T'ai Chi is recognized by its slow, graceful, meditative movements. This session teaches the basic conditioning exercises and a short practice routine which lays the foundation for further study. The resultant benefit is a stronger, more flexible body, free of tension, increasing the body's ability to heal itself. Suitable for a variety of ages, teenagers through senior citizens. Must be 16 or older to participate. Wear loose attire. |
