Older Adults
| The YMCA of Southern Indiana offers programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body. Keeping with our mission, the YMCA believes in the importance of healthy aging. This is why we offer fitness classes specifically designed for older adults as well as social activities. Please refer to the Group Exercise and Aquatics schedules for times and descriptions of fitness classes.
Our weekly and monthly activities are scheduled in our Senior Center such as coffee and conversation, walking club, afternoon "card sharks" and more. Day trips will be planned so be sure to check the Courtesy Counter for the monthly calendar.
